OUR PROCESS

STAGE 2
DESIGN & DEVELOP

Designs and layouts based on your consultation meeting will start to come to life and at this stage visuals will be developed for you to see. Our process is a collaborative one and we encourage you to explore different ideas that can work in your space.

STAGE 3
APPROVAL & SITE SURVEY

Following the design stage and on receipt of your deposit we will visit site to undertake an initial survey. This will allow us to produce full mechanical and electrical drawings and any other structural details that may need to be implemented.

Designs will be developed to include colours, materials, stone selection and hardware. At this stage appliances, sinks and taps will be discussed and expert advice given.

STAGE 4
SIGN OFF & PRODUCTION

When your layout has been agreed with the design team and we’ve completed a site survey, our technical team will put together production drawings which will include all details of your project.  At this point we will ask you to look over the drawings and approve for manufacture. 

Once we receive confirmation, we will complete a final site survey and your project will be handed over to our production team and highly skilled craftsmen. 

STAGE 5
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Upon sign-off you will be given an estimated installation date of when you can expect your project to be delivered. Our talented team of skilled fitters have many years experience working in both commercial and residential properties. You can rest assured knowing that our fitters will take care of your home whilst working inside it. 

Installation manager and director Shane Kavanagh, will be on hand throughout this final process as the project comes to a close.
